發展核飛彈 北韓恐朝目標推進

（中央社華盛頓2日綜合外電報導）美國國防部今天提交國會的報告表示，北韓若是持續投資，測試核子與飛彈技術，將更接近達成所宣告的目標，就是能夠以配備核彈頭的飛彈攻擊美國。

美聯社報導，這份報告的非機密版本內容中，沒有估計北韓何時可能取得這種能力，只說進展的速度將視所投入的資源而定。

報告說，北韓致力研發能發射上太空的載具，大大有助於建造能夠把彈頭投送向美國境內目標的飛彈。北韓去年12月曾發射衛星上大空，凸顯了這方面的進展。

不過，報告指出，北韓還沒有測試過重返載具，而少了這一步，就難以把彈頭投送到目標。可使用的重返載具必須能保護彈頭，耐得住重返大氣層承受的高熱。

這分報告也指出，北韓領導人金正恩將堅持目前的戰略優先目標，包括發展核武器以嚇阻外力攻擊，以及設法破壞美國與南韓的聯盟關係。1020503
