韓生撞死人不認賠　嗆家屬「台灣人了不起嘛？」

綠委陳歐珀記者會，指2010年間，撞死陳姓早餐店老闆的韓國學生張峻豪，過失致死服刑完畢，但法院判民事賠償700多萬，卻只給30萬喪葬費，和一張3000元匯票，目前張境管已解除，隨時可出境，陳轟這是林克穎翻版，政府協助家屬不力，難道要去韓國丟雞蛋抗議？

陳太太上午也泣訴，指3年多來受的痛苦、傷害，張竟然還對她說「你們台灣人了不起嘛？」

法部檢察官張克暉說，對家屬處境表同情，但目前刑事部分法院執行完畢，未來會協助家屬跨海求償，建議家屬再向法院申請民事賠償結束前限制張出境。外交部專員黃仁良說，有和韓國駐台代表處聯絡，韓方也說張態度消極，台韓無司法互助協定，要查扣張在韓國財產有困難，但會配合法部協助家屬。
