北韓重判韓裔美國人 顯然向美施壓

已被北韓扣留六個月的韓裔美國人裴准浩，被判處了十五年勞動教養刑。南韓政府人士說，北韓的目的在向美國施壓，盼打開與美國接觸的突破口。

北韓媒體在報導中說，去年十一月三號，借旅遊入境而被捕的美國公民裴准浩，四月三十號進行了審判。南韓政府人士說，這是向美國發出的一種訊號，意在叫美國快過來領走。

據南韓朝鮮日報今天報導，北韓的做法與二○○九年如出一轍。當時，北韓採取關閉開城工業區措施後，扣留了在邊境地區進行採訪的兩名美國女記者，進行了「人質外交」。

當時是扣留三十八天後的四月二十四日公佈提交審判。然後看美方無動於衷，五月四日就公佈審判日，六月八日宣判勞教，一步步加強了對美國施壓強度。結果美國總統歐巴馬政府，不得不於八月四日，派前總統柯林頓前往平壤領她們回美。
