台中市區房租疑問 各位板友好 因為近期有打算去台中找工作(目前在台北工作，租房) 但是還在考慮中 因此想詢問一些現況與優缺點 台北市區套房房租約9000 假設電費不包 加上有的沒的雜費好了 一個月一萬 生活三餐飲食假設8000 (因為沒實際記帳) 購物/娛樂等等的假設 一個月2000 因此外地人總開銷一個月約兩萬 想請問: 台中租屋的情況 市區交通飲食便利的地點房租? 生活飲食費用? 北市 優: 交通便利、工作好找、娛樂多、新餐飲多、塞車?? 缺: 房租貴、飲食較貴、下雨比中南部機會高? 中市 優: 房租較便宜、好停車(目前還沒有汽車) 缺: 薪資較低、捷運公車較不便(女友不會騎機車)、 目前還想不到什麼可以比較的 (希望有住過台中台北兩地的朋友協助解答 謝謝) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.24.53.66
