不景氣房仲頂讓潮！　欠員工近40萬薪

知名房仲集團加盟店發生欠薪糾紛，3名離職員工投訴平面媒體，高級專員張先生去年3月到10月，8個月的25萬獎金都沒發放，普專許先生也被積欠一個月底薪3萬元，另一名秘書則是5個月的薪水都沒拿到，3個人被積欠高達40萬元，原本業者允諾今年2月發回，但直到現在都沒著落。

加盟店店長趙英豪：「當初競業條款簽的很清楚，一年內不能到同行政區任職，他(離職員工)還把當時在這裡的客戶資料給帶過去了。」

業者強調欠薪是事實，但是當時是股權轉移不及、資金不足，但離職員工也違反契約，本來就可以扣薪，決定訴諸法律。

薪水問題會那麼敏感，其實房仲從前年奢侈稅到去年實價登錄，業績一直不好做，光是雙北市退回保證金而倒店的房仲就高達近200家，競爭激烈下也難怪業者如此敏感。
